</i>4,8 km di sviluppo e 664m D+.</p><p>Prima parte su strada in uscita da Brosso per circa 1km, per poi attaccare il bel sentiero tecnico con pendenze direi anche intorno al 20% in alcuni tratti; gara affrontata interamente in tecnica <i>Nordic Ski Walking</i>, rimontando diverse posizioni nel punto in cui bisogna fare la differenza in questo tipo di disciplina, ovvero la salita dura nel bosco.</p><p>Tracciato dalle caratteristiche classiche del vertical: gradoni ricavati da tronchi di legno, pietroni ed erba, alternati a qualche breve collegamento su asfalto; Non ci si deve sentire né troppo eretti né troppo inclinati in avanti. Questo si ottiene generalmente tenendo le caviglie sciolte mentre si cade in avanti, mantenendo i fianchi in una posizione relativamente avanzata. Quando appoggiate su ogni piede, cercate di farlo con il vostro centro di gravità (pensate all'ombelico) sopra ogni ginocchio e con la parte superiore del corpo verticale. In questo modo il peso è ben saldo su ogni "sci" al momento dell'appoggio e ci si muove in avanti in linea retta.</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b><i>Azionamento della gamba</i></b> - È comune la tendenza a spingere il ginocchio troppo in avanti, lasciando lo sciatore in una posizione "ad anche arretrate" quando si appoggia il piede. Sebbene questa posizione possa andare bene per la corsa, non va bene per lo sci per una serie di motivi. Durante l'avanzamento della gamba, cercate di mantenere la parte superiore della gamba più verticale rispetto alla comune azione di corsa - e di tenere le anche in avanti e "sopra" al ginocchio il più possibile. Inoltre, tenete i piedi vicini al suolo (come se foste sugli sci) mentre portate il piede in avanti. Infine, lasciate che i fianchi ruotino leggermente (posteriormente) per estendere la falcata.</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><br /></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana;"><b><i>Il "calcio"</i></b> - In breve, appoggiare con le anche in posizione relativamente avanzata, dovrebbe consentirvi di "calciare" prima piuttosto che dopo. L'angolo deve aprirsi e non chiudersi dopo aver puntato il del bastone (cioè, non lasciare che le braccia "collassino").
